What this site is, and what it is not

This site is published by Vera Fund LLC. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any offer will be made only to accredited investors, and only by means of definitive offering documents, which contain material information not presented here, including risk factors.

The interests have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or any state securities laws, in reliance upon exemptions from registration provided by Section 4(2) of the Securities Act and similar state exemptions. The interests have not been approved or disapproved by the Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities commission.

Figures about the project come from the offering memorandum dated September 2026. Any figure that looks forward carries, in the same block, the stamp “Vera Fund pro forma, September 2026 · projected, not guaranteed” and at least one named risk. Figures from anyone else carry their provider, their geography and their date, and were captured once, on the date shown — nothing on this site is live.

Some statements are forward looking and involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors that may cause actual results to differ materially. The Sponsor cannot guarantee future results and assumes no duty to update them.

Concept renderings prepared for marketing. Facade lighting, signage and interior fit-out shown are design concepts and do not form part of the approved ASPR drawing set.

Every rendering is captioned inside its own frame. Photographs of Aventura Quattro show a separate building, owned by an affiliate of the sponsor, which competes with this one.

Some pages link to public records kept by others, so that you can check what we say without asking us. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

The text, drawings and design of this site belong to Vera Fund LLC or to those who licensed them to it. The concept renderings are the work of the project architect. Quote the site freely for your own evaluation; do not republish it as your own.

The governing law and venue for these terms will be stated here once counsel has reviewed them.
